General description for sludge dewatering machine:

1.Three tank in one equipment (precast mixing tank, homogeneous slaking tank and solution storage tank); preparation and dosing continuously; easy operation and maintenance; the lowest cost of manpower. 

2.Pour the polymer and water into the tank at the same time; the flow of input water, dilute water and polymer feeding pump are adjustable; any concentration of the solution (within a certain range) can be prepared and dosing according to the actual requirements. 

3.The high-precision conveying of the polymer dosing device, the delicate design of pre-soaking device and the constant temperature heating method can reduce agglomeration phenomenon caused of improper artificial operation or prevent the line from clogging, and can ensure the stable concentration of the solution.  

4.The unique structure and proper rotating speed of the mixer not only can ensure the homogenization solution, but also can not destroy the polymer molecular chain.

 Work principle of Polymer dosing machine:
1.Feed enough dry polymer into the hopper, the dry polymer will be transported into the pre-soaking device by polymer dosing device, open the solenoid valve of water inlet pipe, the dry polymer becomes wet in the pre-soaking device, and then the wet polymer drops into the mixing tank by gravity. 

2.The pre-mixed solution flows into the homogeneous slaking tank through the overflow weir, then the solution will be stirred and compound again in the homogeneous slaking tank. The solution will reach the state of homogeneous, curing and active after low-speed soft effective stirring for a certain time. Then the solution flows into the solution storage tank through the overflow weir, here, the polymer solution has been prepared. 

3.When the solution storage tank is full, the liquid level switch gives signals and the polymer is ready, and the indicator for "Ready" is on. 

4.The polymer feeding pump starts, and the solenoid valve for dilution water opens, the solution with constant concentration will be diluted to the required concentration according to the actual usage, and then the solution can be poured into the required equipment. 

5.The liquid level in the solution storage tank reaches the set low level, the liquid level switch gives signals, this device can repeat the above step 1, 2 and 3 automatically, and ensure that the solution storage tank has plenty of polymer solution.
