Work principle of Spiral Sand-Water Separator machine: 
The Screw Type Sand and Water Separator is driven by the driving mechanism, the mixtures of sand and water flow to the water tank from one side of the separator, the heavier objects in the mixtures such as sands will sink at the bottom of the tank, the sands will lift up along with the learning U groove by the pushing of the screw vane, the sands will be pushed for a distance away from the liquid surface, then they will be discharged from the sands outlet to the sand collecting box after fully dewatering. The water in the separator will be discharged from the overflow port, and then flow to the pool in the plant.

Maintenance and repairing
A) Type 70#~120# medium extreme pressure industrial oil should be added to the decelerator which is put into use the first time (There is no need to add oil if it has already). The oil should be replaced after the machine running for 500hours, and the inside oil should be cleaned. After running for 1000~2000 hours, lubricating oil should be added instead. After that, the lubricating oil should be replaced every 2000 hours. When replacing the oil, it is necessary to clean the internal body. Add the oil by opening the ventilation cap on the base. When the decelerator is operating, the quantity of the oil storage should be kept the appointed level, not too much or too little, and please pay attention to add in time. 
B) During the using process, it is necessary to check the equipment whether the fasteners are loose regularly, and if so, please fasten it in time. 
C) Maintain and clean the equipment and replace the wearing parts according to the using conditions and do a good job to prevent corrosion.
