Product Overview
The heat pump evaporation technology, as an advanced and efficient evaporation method, is widely applied in the concentration, crystallization, and drying in many industries such as emulsified liquid wastewater, electroplating wastewater, RO concentrate, high-salinity wastewater, landfill leachate, printing and dyeing wastewater, spray paint wastewater, and pickling wastewater. The working principle of the heat pump evaporator is that the enthalpy difference between secondary steam and live steam is not significant. The pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are relatively low. By using a certain method to increase the pressure of the secondary steam, the thermal energy in it can be repeatedly utilized. The external energy required for this process is much less than the recoverable useful energy that can be obtained, thus achieving the goal of energy saving.
